Waited in my vehicle 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time when I called and was told they called me twice and could not contact me. They gave my appointment away because the "receptionist" did not have my correct phone number. They offered to take me later and I refused. This is no way to operate a business, regardless of germs. I would never consider their services again. Ever.

Living life in a pandemic and the salons finally open back up. My highschool son, class of 2020, try’s to checkin online. It says unavailable, please call to check on waiting time. He tried and got that “phone off the hook” sound, sad I he drove to Cibolo. We he walked in probably 20 min to o closing, he was greeted with “you have to check in online.” He told them he tried it it was unavailable and asked if they could possibly cut his hair since he couldn’t checkin on line. He was told “I’m sorry, we’re waiting on 2 more appointments.” There were 3 stylists on duty. He sat in parking lot and not one person went in. Three stylists, no customers, and turned away an obvious highschool aged student before closing. Considering the circumstances of life right now, I thought it was totally unacceptable and voiced that to them. I was told the same thing “I’m sorry” to which my reply was “ no you’re really not” .... my son WILL NOT be back. Ridiculously poor customer service. Happy to back at work, are you?

I have been a customer for the last year and half. Today, first time ever, my son and I got skip 4 times. We normally check in at the counter person and the wait until our turn is up. For the most part I have seen the online guys come in any take their turn. After checking in we had 1 hour 20 minutes wait time. After waiting for about 15, I decided to go out to Walmart to get a few thing and come back. At my return, a lady told us that there were others in front, which by the list displayed it made sense since I was number 7 and 8. Shortly after I realized the the lady was calling others that their turn was after ours. I did not appreciated been skipped. If you have a turn system, why don't you follow it.
