Very rude older lady with short blonde hair. “Cibolo location” Walked in with my son for a haircut. She immediately said did u sign in on line, I advised I was not aware and apologized. She said you can’t be here if you don’t have an appt and I can guarantee no one will see you today . All of our locations are busy. She was so rude to me in front of my 8 year old son. I understand new policies are in effect and they could have been verbalized nicer to me. I left and went to Forum Sports clips and they were so nice to me and had ZERO wait!!!

Waited in my vehicle 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time when I called and was told they called me twice and could not contact me. They gave my appointment away because the "receptionist" did not have my correct phone number. They offered to take me later and I refused. This is no way to operate a business, regardless of germs. I would never consider their services again. Ever.

Living life in a pandemic and the salons finally open back up. My highschool son, class of 2020, try’s to checkin online. It says unavailable, please call to check on waiting time. He tried and got that “phone off the hook” sound, sad I he drove to Cibolo. We he walked in probably 20 min to o closing, he was greeted with “you have to check in online.” He told them he tried it it was unavailable and asked if they could possibly cut his hair since he couldn’t checkin on line. He was told “I’m sorry, we’re waiting on 2 more appointments.” There were 3 stylists on duty. He sat in parking lot and not one person went in. Three stylists, no customers, and turned away an obvious highschool aged student before closing. Considering the circumstances of life right now, I thought it was totally unacceptable and voiced that to them. I was told the same thing “I’m sorry” to which my reply was “ no you’re really not” .... my son WILL NOT be back. Ridiculously poor customer service. Happy to back at work, are you?
